Perfect, fairly clean place with welcoming staff at front reception desk. Spotless hotel rooms for bathroom. Great and lovely setting, close to restaurants and canteens. It also was close to a river and a botanical garden.

Everything was lovely, including extremely friendly staff at front reception desk. Our room was well-organised equipped with Champagne & Chocolates and milk, felt very welcome! Really enjoyed delicious and above average breakfast options with continental flavours and pankake.

The room was quiet and had open bathroom plus coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The view from the hotel was awesome and the breakfast was delicious and gorgeous with coffee and food to choose from. The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to ferry terminals on the river and Queen Street shopping area and bars, cafes, convenience stores, local attractions, The Brisbane river, South bank. It also was near the Botanic Gardens.

The hotel is fabulous - stylish rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. The room is reasonably priced. It has consistently courteous staff team at front reception desk. It has marvellous location to see a listed botanic garden. The rooftop restaurant is top-notch, serves casual dishes.
